June 18 Update on conference guest room accommodations:  The only remaining room availability for the conference at the resort is for Thursday and Friday nights.  The resort is sold out for the weekend so we were unable to add any additional rooms to our conference room block.  If you wish to reserve a room for one of those nights there are a few rooms available at the Conference room rates of $154 per night for resort wide accommodations.  You can reserve your room on-line using the on-line reservation form  or call 855-923-7431.  The conference sessions and exhibit hall are located in the Carolina Hotel; however, shuttle service is provided by the Resort from all the guest facilities on the resort property.  The following hotels are located within 5 miles of the resort: Comfort Inn Pinehurst, Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn Southern Pines, and Hampton Inn and Suites.  And, there are some privately owned condos on the Pinehurst property available through Airbnb that offer great prices.

The conference registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and an outdoor reception on Friday evening.  On Saturday evening at 6:15 pm, a limited number of reserved spots are available for conference attendees to play the Cradle Short Course.  The cost is $50 which is due at the time of play.  You can reserve a spot for the evening events when completing the registration form.

The exhibit hall will be open on Friday at 3:00 pm until 3:45 pm on Saturday.
