NCS-ACOFP Winter CME Conference March 1, 2025

 

On March 1, 2024 NCS-ACOFP and the Pain Societies of the Carolinas will host a one day CME event in Raleigh, NC at the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.  The content will focus on pain management and treatment topics that cover the DEA requirements for licensure.

Hurricane Helene Resources for Impacted Counties in NC

Many of our members, as well as friends, loved ones, and neighbors have been affected by the recent disasters related to Hurricane Helene. Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by the devastation of the storm.

Please visit www.ncmedsoc.org for opportunities to donate, volunteer, submit impact surveys, and read the latest information.  They are also collecting funds to help physicians impacted by the storm.  You do not have to be a member of NCMS to apply for assistance.

In addition, the Auxiliary to the ACOFP has and Emergency Reserve Fund to assist. For information, contact Emily Stephens at emilys@acofp.org.

NCS-ACOFP 2025 CME Conference – August 8-10

 

We are excited to announce that the NCS-ACOFP 2025 Annual CME Conference will be held in an urban setting in the central part of the state. The conference will be held on August 8-10 at the Millennium Hotel in Durham. The city includes something for everyone – museums, art galleries, parks, shopping, entertainment, award-winning eateries and more. A list of suggested activities will be provided in the coming months. In the meantime, visit the Discover Durham site.
